Who runs this site

jonathanhoch.com is run by Hoch Consulting LLC, based in Tallahassee, Florida. If you have a question about anything on this page, email jonathan@hochhealthandwellness.com.

What I collect

Two things, and that is all:

• What you type into the contact form. Your name, your email address, your business name, and your answers to the three questions about what you are dealing with. You decide what goes in those boxes — please leave out anything confidential.
• Ordinary web server records. The server that hosts this site logs IP addresses, browser type, and which pages were requested and when. Every web server does this. I use it to keep the site up and to spot abuse.

There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, no analytics package, no advertising, and no tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies. The Spotify players embedded on the Writing page are loaded from Spotify, and Spotify may set its own cookies when one loads or you press play. That is Spotify's, governed by Spotify's privacy policy, not mine.

Who else handles what you send

• Formspree receives the contact form and emails it to me. Their privacy policy covers that hop.
• The web host holds the server logs described above.
• My email provider stores your message once it arrives, the same as any email you send me directly.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. I do not add you to a mailing list. I will not share what you send me with anyone else unless you ask me to or the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Form submissions sit in my email for as long as the conversation or the engagement is useful, and business records stay as long as tax and contract rules require. Server logs roll over on their own within a few weeks.

Asking me to delete it

Email me and I will tell you what I have, correct it, or delete it. You do not need a reason and there is no form to fill in. If you are in the EU, the UK, or California, you have statutory rights over your data, and the same request handles those too.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on the way to Formspree. Email itself is not a secure channel once it lands. Do not send medical records, passwords, account numbers, or anything else sensitive through the form. If you need to get something confidential to me, say so and we will find a better way to move it.

Children

This site is meant for adults doing business. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Anything material will be obvious rather than buried.
